As the client’s representative, project manager, and subcontractor
EA-Rakennuttajat offers comprehensive construction management services for all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from project planning to warranty inspections. As a construction client representative, we lead the project with expertise, taking into account the needs and desires of the client.
We serve as both a subcontractor to large expert organizations and as the main responsible construction manager in various construction projects, ranging from residential and industrial construction to smaller maintenance projects.

Supervision of construction works
We also provide building inspection services as part of our construction management services or as a standalone service in Joensuu and other regions of Eastern and Central Finland.
Our role is to ensure that the contract between the client and the builder is implemented, and that the construction work is carried out according to the agreed plans, regulations, and good construction practices.
We are responsible for monitoring construction schedules, costs, work safety, and quality, as well as providing support to the project initiator throughout the entire process.
We hold qualifications as moisture management coordinators, which means we also monitor the implementation of moisture management as stipulated in the contract during the construction project.
