EA-Rakennuttajat acts as an external representative for the client in construction projects. Sometimes as a project manager and subcontractor in significant government projects – sometimes as an expert assistant in smaller new construction and renovation projects.

THE MAN BEHIND EA-RAKENNUTTAJAT
Erno Aalto
I am a 43-year-old M.Sc. in Construction Economics and the CEO and entrepreneur of EA-Rakennuttajat Oy.
In construction management projects, I work as a project manager, responsible for organizing and directing the design process towards the client’s goals and needs. I oversee the construction of projects of various sizes and seek out the best professionals for them. My areas of expertise include cost estimation and management of construction projects. I calculate budget prices and life cycle costs for new buildings. I have over ten years of experience in the construction, production, and supervision of residential apartment buildings.
PROACTIVE PROJECT MANAGER
Lean thinking and genuine interaction with people
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with both construction workers and executives. My broad expertise and genuine interaction with people make me a good project manager. My working technique is based on lean thinking (TAHTITUOTANTO), and I strive to anticipate the progress of construction projects and solve obstacles before the implementation phase. I am quick to react to situations and can make prompt decisions to advance the project.
From an outsider’s perspective, my projects may seem to progress effortlessly, but behind the scenes, I continuously observe and anticipate different phases of the project. I guide stakeholders to do the right things at the right time. During the construction phase, I monitor the implementation of contract agreements and mentor the site management team towards a common goal.
During my free time, I compete in orienteering and serve as an official for orienteering competitions at the national championship level. I spend a lot of time in nature, engaging in various activities, which serves as a great balance to my work.
